Powder-coated cable trays are cable support devices with cold-rolled steel sheets as the base material. After phosphating treatment, a surface protective layer is formed through an electrostatic powder spraying process. The coating is mostly epoxy resin or polyester powder, with a uniform thickness (usually 60-120μm) and strong adhesion, combining the strength of the base material with the protective properties of the coating.
Their features are prominent: Firstly, they have excellent corrosion resistance. The coating can isolate water, dust and mild chemical corrosion, making them suitable for humid and dusty industrial environments, with a service life of 10-15 years. Secondly, they come in rich colors and can be customized (such as gray, white, etc.) according to scene needs, which can coordinate with building interiors and enhance aesthetics. Thirdly, the surface is smooth, not easy to accumulate dirt, making cleaning and maintenance simple. Fourthly, the cost is moderate, more economical than stainless steel cable trays, and their protective performance is better than ordinary painted products.
They have a wide range of uses: In office buildings, shopping malls and other commercial places, they are used for hidden or exposed cable layout, taking into account both beauty and practicality. In machinery manufacturing workshops and warehousing centers, they protect power and control cables from oil stains and dust erosion. In outdoor box transformers and street lamp control systems of municipal engineering, they resist wind and rain erosion. They are also applicable to places with requirements for environmental cleanliness such as hospitals and schools, providing an orderly laying channel for network, monitoring and other cables, balancing the needs of protection, aesthetics and cost.
