Black Powder Coated Cable Tray

Powder-coated cable trays are cable support devices with cold-rolled steel sheets as the base material. After phosphating treatment, a surface protective layer is formed through an electrostatic powder spraying process. The coating is mostly epoxy resin or polyester powder, with a uniform thickness (usually 60-120μm) and strong adhesion, combining the strength of the base material with the protective properties of the coating.
